FAQ

Quick answers, no scroll-hunting.

The questions that come up most often — about pricing, files, delivery and what happens if something goes wrong.

Didn't find it?

Email hello@brimlabel.com — a real person reads it, usually within the hour.

There isn’t one. You can order 50 labels, 500, or 50,000. Pricing scales smoothly with quantity — no tier walls, no setup fees on digital.

That said, under ~500 labels setup costs are the dominant factor and the price doesn’t really decrease. So we recommend staying with 500pcs for the combined minimum quantity.

For standard orders with approved artwork: 7–9 business days from order date, shipped from Lithuania across Europe. Shipping usually takes 3–4 working days to arrive, some remote addresses can take longer. It is possible to ship your label with express shipping for next-day delivery — reach out to hello@brimlabel.com to set this up.

Bespoke orders (foil, embossing, custom dies) take a little longer, depending on what’s involved. We’ll give you a firm date when you place the order.

PDF, CMYK, with 3mm bleed and outlined fonts. Exported from Illustrator with the "Illustrator Default" preset and Acrobat 5 compatibility.

Full setup details are in the artwork guide — including the layer naming convention for foil and white-ink jobs.

Yes. Email us the file, no obligation. We’ll flag anything that needs fixing before you upload through the portal — saves a round of softproofing.

Once you do place an order, every file goes through our pre-press check anyway.

If it’s our mistake from production, we reprint at our cost. No forms, no arguing about percentages — send a photo, we’ll get a replacement run on the press the same week.

Print issues are rare (under 0.8% of orders last year) but when they happen, fixing it is on us.

Any shape you draw, we can cut. Custom dies cost €150 one-time and can take 1 extra day on the first run. After that, it’s saved to your account and reorders run at standard speed.

Yes — many breweries do. We split the run across materials and adhesives within the same order. You’ll get one invoice and one delivery.

UK, Norway and Switzerland yes. Further afield (US, Canada, Australia), we can quote case-by-case but freight starts to outweigh print cost — usually only worth it for larger orders.

Lprint, in Kaunas, Lithuania. They’ve been printing beverage labels for 12+ years and are the press behind a lot of the labels you’ve seen on shelves across Northern Europe.

BrimLabel is the ordering experience — built so independent producers can get the same press without the agency middleman.

Stored in your portal account, encrypted at rest. If a file is unused for 2 years, it’s automatically deleted. We never share files between accounts. You can delete them at any time yourself. Full details in our privacy policy.
