What counts as bespoke

The techniques we reach for most.

These are the finishes that can't be configured with a dropdown. Most bespoke orders combine two or three of them — and many go further. Real photography from our next shoot coming shortly.

Hot-foil stamping macrohot-foil · gold, silver, copper, holo

Hot-foil stamping

01

Real metallic foil pressed into the label under heat. Gold, silver, copper, rose, plus holographic and rainbow variants. The classic premium move — catches light the way no print ever will.

3D foiling

02

Foil + emboss in a single registered pass. A sculpted, three-dimensional foil surface that lifts off the paper. Used on flagship releases where the logo needs to feel like a coin.

3D varnish

03

High-build clear varnish that sits proud of the surface — you feel it before you see it. Excellent for textures, typography highlights, and creating tactile silhouettes without adding colour.

Bottle numbering & variable print

04

Every label printed with a different number, name, or batch code — driven from a spreadsheet, registered to your artwork. Limited editions, single-bottle commissions, traceable runs for spirits and special releases.

Holographic label macroholographic · rainbow shift

Holographic materials

05

Full-label holographic films — pattern-shifted rainbows, scattered prism, crystal fracture. Works stunningly with dark products and limited editions. Comes as a substrate or as a holographic hot-foil layer.

Tell us what you're making.

The more you share here, the better we can reply in one go — but a one-liner about the product is fine too. We'll come back with the right questions, not a spreadsheet.

A real person reads every one of these. No sales funnel, no discovery call.

Reply within 1 working day — usually sooner.
Don't have artwork yet? That's fine. We help with that too.

Before you ask

A few things we hear every week.

Standard orders go through the portal with instant pricing — choose a material, shape, size, quantity, upload artwork, done. Bespoke is anything that doesn't fit inside those dropdowns: foils, embosses, 3D varnish, holographic substrates, custom die-cuts, sleeves, numbered runs, or any combination of those. Because each project is different, we quote it personally — but we reply fast and we don't ghost.

Once your bespoke project is quoted and in the system, the file upload and ordering process is the same as for standard labels.
Absolutely — we work with designers and agencies constantly. Send us the team's contact or loop us in on the email thread. We're happy to share our sample kit directly with them so prepress questions are answered at the source, not bounced through you.
That's fine — it's common. If you have a brief, a brand, and some reference, we can help you find the right designer from our short-list, or help you scope the work before you commission it. We only charge for print; design intros are on us.
It genuinely varies by technique — a single-colour foil run on a stock material behaves very differently from a 3D-foiled die-cut on holographic substrate. Send us the brief and we'll tell you honestly what's sensible. What we won't do is pretend a 100-unit flagship run is the same job as 10,000 of them.
Yes. Our standard sample kit covers the everyday materials; if you are looking for a particular combination that is not in the catalogue, add a note and we will try to find some loose samples to add to your shipment.
Yes. We've printed plenty of numbered limited editions, coded batch runs, and serialised collector releases. Sequence formats, offset start numbers, digit styling, hand-written-feel variable typography — say what you want in the brief and we'll quote the variable-data add-on.
