1. Who you're dealing with

BrimLabel (brimlabel.com) is operated by Lprint UAB, registered in Lithuania. BrimLabel is the brand and ordering portal.

All orders placed through BrimLabel are fulfilled and invoiced by Lprint UAB, registered in Lithuania at Kaunakiemio g. 1A-36, 44351 Kaunas. Lprint UAB is the seller and the party to your purchase contract. VAT and company registration details appear on every invoice.

2. Placing an order

You place an order by configuring your label setup in the portal, uploading artwork, approving the softproof we send back, and confirming payment. Your order is binding once you approve the softproof and we receive payment.

Prices shown in the calculator are estimates and become firm once your order is placed. We may adjust pricing for non-standard requests (custom shapes, special finishes, unusual sizes) before production starts — we will always confirm with you first.

3. Lead times and delivery

Standard lead time is 7–9 working days from softproof approval to dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. We work hard to meet them but can't promise specific delivery dates due to production scheduling and shipping carrier variability.

Shipping is free for standard orders within the EU, UK, and Norway. Express delivery is available on request — contact us before placing your order.

4. Cancellations and changes

Once you approve a softproof and we receive payment, your order is placed into production and cannot be cancelled or changed. Production starts quickly after approval to meet our lead times.

In practice, if you contact us very soon after approving and production hasn't started, we will do what we can to help — but we can't promise this and it's not your right under these terms.

5. Defects and complaints

If your labels arrive with a defect — print quality issues, wrong dimensions, material problems, or anything else that doesn't match the approved softproof — please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@brimlabel.com. Include photos and your order reference.

We'll work with you to find a fair resolution. Depending on the situation, this can be a reprint, a credit note for future orders, or a discount on the affected order. Defects reported after 30 days fall outside this commitment.

We are not responsible for issues caused by errors in your supplied artwork that you approved on the softproof — please review softproofs carefully.

6. Payment

New customers pay before production starts, by card or bank transfer. Established customers may be offered 15-day credit terms at our discretion. Unpaid awaiting-payment orders expire automatically after 14 days.

All prices on the portal are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated. VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country and VAT registration: domestic Lithuania orders include 21% VAT, validated EU business orders apply 0% reverse charge, and exports outside the EU are zero-rated.

7. Your artwork

You keep ownership of the artwork you upload. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use any logos, fonts, images, or copy in your designs.

If we make corrections or adjustments to your files (resizing, colour preparation, prepress fixes, layout improvements), the modified production-ready files are our work and remain our intellectual property. We grant you the right to use the labels we print — we don't transfer the source files.

We may use photographs and reproductions of finished labels we've printed for you in our marketing, portfolio, website, social media, and trade fair materials, without further approval. If you'd prefer we don't use a specific label this way, email hello@brimlabel.com and we'll respect that.

8. Free trial labels

New customers get their first 1,000 labels free as a trial. The free quantity is applied automatically at checkout for your first order. Standard shipping, lead times, and approval flow apply.

9. Liability

Our maximum liability for any order is the total amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses — for example, lost profits if labels arrive late and a product launch is delayed.

This doesn't limit liability we can't legally exclude (such as for personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Account use

You're responsible for keeping your account login secure. Don't share your password. Tell us at hello@brimlabel.comif you think someone else has accessed your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service — for example, fraudulent payments, harassment, or repeated chargebacks.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers. Orders placed before a change are governed by the version of the terms in effect when you placed them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any dispute that can't be resolved by good-faith discussion will be brought before the competent courts in Kaunas.
